Refund and Return Policies

DEKOR™ will either “Build per Order” or “Ship from Stock” the order you placed.

Build per Order products are normally those that require extensive powder coating (balusters, post caps, post lamps, panels) but does not include recessed light housings that we powder coat in mass.

If upon receipt of your order confirmation, you realize a mistake to your quantity or product type, you have 24 hrs to notify DEKOR™ to make changes.  This is providing that your order has not been already processed and shipped. 

If returned product is authorized by DEKOR™, an RE# number will be issued and a 25% restocking fee will be charged for “Build per Order” orders.  For products that are “Shipped from Stock”, there is a nominal 10% restocking fee to cover shipping expenses.  Product returned needs to be free of damage and in new/resalable condition for credit to be issued.

The customer will have to pay shipping charges for any returned product.  The RE# number must accompany any returned product.

DEKOR™ is a Build per Order Company and is constantly upgrading components/materials; therefore, we will not issue any credit for product older than 60 days from date of purchase.

At no point may any "extra" or promotional purchased product be returned for a refund.  Please verify your order thoroughly before submitting it.

All products purchased through DEKOR™, ;or one of our authorized dealers, are deemed FINAL SALE except for warranty terms and conditions.
