Warranty and Refund Policies
DEKOR™ products are manufactured with careful attention to detail and with an ongoing commitment to achieve a level of quality that is free of defects in materials and workmanship. In an effort to stand behind this philosophy, DEKOR™ hereby warrants, to the original purchaser of the product and from the original date of purchase, the following:

1 Year Warranty from date of purchase when used with non-DEKOR LED lighted products. Effective for transformers sold as of May 11, 2010. |
| For Transformers (Legacy) | 1 Year Warranty When Used Exclusively For DEKOR Lighted Products. No warranty when used with any other lighted products. |
| For Controllers | 1 Year Warranty When Used Exclusively With DEKOR Transformers. No warranty when used with any other brand of transformer. |
| The Warranty |
Should any product fail, the defective product must be returned to DEKOR or one of its authorized dealers, freight prepaid, with proof of original purchase. Written authorization must be obtained before shipping the product directly to DEKOR. For products shipped directly to DEKOR, we will repair or replace the part(s) or product at our discretion. If the product is returned to an authorized dealer for repairs, DEKOR will provide the materials to repair the product free of charge, including transportation costs. If returned product is authorized by DEKOR a 25% restocking fee will be charged. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED, DEKOR MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. |
| Limitation of Liability | DEKOR's Liability in all cases shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective parts. Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, negligence or accidents are not covered under this warranty. |
| Refunds & Returns |
All products purchased through DEKOR or one of our authorized dealers are deemed FINAL SALE except for warranty terms and conditions. If upon receipt of your order confirmation you realize a mistake to your quantity or product type, you have 24hrs to notify DEKOR to make changes. This is providing that your order has not been already processed and shipped. If returned product is authorized by DEKOR an RMA number will be issued and a 25% restocking fee will be charged upon return of product in resellable condition. The customer will have to pay shipping charges for any returned product. The RMA number must accompany any returned product. At no point may any "extra" or promotional purchased product be returned for a refund. Please verify your order thoroughly before submitting it. |
