In an effort to stand behind this philosophy, DEKOR™ hereby warrants, to the original purchaser of the product and from the original date of purchase, the following:

10 Year Warranty when installed with DEKOR brand transformers. No warranty when used with any other power source or in conjunction with any other lighting system other than that of DEKOR's. |
| For Transformers | 1 Year Warranty when used exclusively for DEKOR illuminated products. No warranty when used with or in conjunction with any other lighting system other than that of DEKOR's. |
| The Warranty |
Should any product fail, the defective product must be returned to DEKOR or one of its authorized dealers, freight prepaid, with proof of original purchase. Written authorization must be obtained before shipping the product directly back to DEKOR. For products shipped directly to DEKOR, we will repair or replace the part(s) or product at our discretion. If the product is returned to an authorized dealer for repairs, DEKOR will provide the materials to repair the product free of charge, including transportation costs. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED, DEKOR MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. |
| Limitation of Liability | DEKOR's Liability in all cases shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective parts. Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, negligence or accidents are not covered under this warranty. |
| Refunds & Returns |
All products purchased through DEKOR's and DEKORCANADA's websites are deemed final sale except for warranty terms and conditions. If upon receipt of your order confirmation you realize a mistake to your quantity or product type, you have 24hrs to notify DEKOR to make changes. This is providing that your order has not been already processed and shipped. At no point may any "extra" or promotional purchased product be returned for a refund. Please verify your order thoroughly before submitting it. |
